In the name of God,Amen,This sixteenth day of November in the year of our Lord,one thousand seven hundred and sixty seven.I ANDREW HEWITT of Holm Cultrum but will says Parish of Torpenhow in the County of Cumberland.yeoman,Being in health of body and of good and perfect mind and memory,thanks be Almighty God and calling to mind the mortality of my body this transitory life and that all mankind mystified to death when it shall please.,God to call.I do make.constitute.ordain and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following,revoking and knowing by these present all and every other testaments and testament,will or wills thereto fore by me made or declared either by word or writing and this to be taken only for my last will and testament and none other for the settling of my temporal estate and such goods,chattles and debts as it hath pleased God to bestow on me.I do order give,and dispose of the same in the manner and form following.First I give and bequeath unto my son JOHN HEWITT,five shillings,secondly I give and bequeath unto my son JAMES HEWITT five shillings.Thirdly I fgive unto my son ROGER HEWITT five shillings.Likewise I give unto my son JOSEPH HEWITT five shillings.All the rest and residue of my personal estate I give unto my wife MARY HEWITT and I do constitute and ordain my wife Mary Hewitt whole and sole executor of this m last will and testament,she paying and discharging all my debts,legacy,s and funeral expense.

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the day the date as first written above.
