The last will and testament of JANAT HEWITT of Rockcliffe,widow,being sicke in bodie yett in perfect rememberence,Praised be to god,made the eleventh day of August in and 1614 yeahrs in presence off JAMES JACKSONE and unreadable form followeth.

I give and bequeathe my soulle to almighty god my maker and redeemer and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Rockcliffe,my funeral expenses discharged.
