In the name of God,amen.the thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord God 1742.
I THOMAS HEWITT of Moorsaw? in the parish of Bromfield and County of Cumberland,Yeoman, being sick in body but of good and perfect memory ,Thanks be to Amighty God,Do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following,that is to say,First I will that my debts and funeral expense are to be paid and discharged.All the rest and residue of my goods both real and personal and chattels whatsoever,I do give and bequeath unto my loving wife MARY HEWITT whom I do make my sole executor of this my last will and testament,and do hereby revoke and annul and make void all former wills and testament,s by me,heretofore made in witness whereof.I said THOMAS HEWITT declaring this my last will and testament as I have set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
